About Gluefold
Gluefold is a small games studio in London, run by me, AJ. We built Quali Prix, a one-button racing game where friends race each other's ghosts every race weekend, and now we make games like it for brands.
What we make
Games for people who know each other. The fun is in beating your friends, your colleagues or your dad, not strangers. We build games for brands on the same engine as Quali Prix: games for exhibition stands, prize competition games and leagues.
Who I am
I spent nearly three years as founding operator at a UK football video game startup, from its first three people to a team of seven. Before that I was assistant general manager at a family-run manufacturer, and I have a business degree from the University of the West of England. I don't write code by hand: I design the games, make every decision, and build with AI tools.
How we work
AI agents draft, build and test, and I check everything before it ships. That's how we turn a first playable version round in 4 working days. Nothing goes live without my sign-off. Pages like this one are drafted with AI from our notes and checked by me.
